| Mums in Mind About Mums in Mind This group,is for Mums with mental health issues.' Mums in Mind' is an utterly fantastic way for mums to have a well deserved break with others in similar situations. Mums can also decide to use our crèche facilities which are avalible, for ages 0-5 years old.
This Group is a time for Mums to socialise and also enjoy a light lunch which is served every week. Plus Mums can take part in a number of activities such as ( Flower Arranging, Tai Chi workshops, Aromatherapy and also a wide range of talks and presentations ect) All this is available for mums at only a small fee!!! Mums in Mind aims to.. * Gets Mums together who are in the same situation
* Provide a safe environment for Mums to share experiences
* Encourage participation in new activities
* Gives Mums the knowledge and skills to travel down the road to recovery Important Information This group gets together every Tuesday From 12:30pm - 2:30pm
At the Haven Early Years Centre, Harris Road, Bridgemary, Gosport. The fee for the Buffet is £1
