MONDAYS
Women’s Social Group
Time 10-00am – 11-00pm every Monday morning
The Methodist Church, Kings Road , Fareham
Come and join our friendly women’s group. For a chat and a coffee before taking a stroll around Fareham Market.

Soul and Mind Group(WELLNESS CENTRE GROUP)
Every Second Monday of the month 2pm - 3pm
A chance to explore your thoughts and feelings and how they might impact on your daily life. With support this group looks at how to look at things differently building confidence and self esteem.

TUESDAY
Service User Team Café Club
Venue United Reform Church, Osborn Road Fareham
Time: 10am - 1pm
This group gives Mind members the chance to utilise cooking skills by taking part in the preparation of a light lunch and baking. This group is open to all mental health service users across the East Hants Area, It will include wrap training, Information sharing , and a chance to meet the Service User Team in a social setting.
lunch can be bought at a reasonable cost.
Mums in Mind
Venue: The Haven Early Years Centre, Harris Road, Bridgemary Gosport.
Time: 12-30pm-2-00pm
This group is for women who suffer with mental illness and who are bringing up families
Women attending this group can meet and socialise with other women with similar needs. There is a crèche every week and an activity session twice a month, which can be anything from Yoga to flower arranging or helping children with homework. A buffet lunch is available.
This group is referral only for more information contact the Mind Office on 01329 281445.
The Wednesday Club
Venue: The Salvation Army Hall, Crossways, Gosport.
Time: 7pm - 9pm
This is a social group for chat , board games, a monthly quiz and of course tea and coffee.

We have exclusive use of half the Main Pool from 2-30pm – 3-30pm and for those that don’t want to swim there is badminton and a Gym session between 2pm and 3pm come and join us and get fit !

Friday Art and Activity Group

This group offers people the chance to try out various activities such as Aromatherapy, Craft work, Jewellery making, and enjoy talks and presentations from Guest Speakers.
There is also Art every week with our own Art teacher.
SATURDAYS
The Saturday Lunch club
Venue: The Methodist Church, Kings Road, Fareham
Time: 10am - 1pm
Come along to this lunch club and take part in the preparation of a cooked meal, and then sit down and enjoy it!!!
